Malting barley research in Michigan’s Upper Peninsula reaches across the Atlantic

Christopher Ridout and Sarah de Vos, researchers from the John Innes Centre in the UK, visited the various malting barley research trials ongoing in Michigan, leading to a formal collaboration in partnering award grants worth around $60,000 from the UK research council BBSRC.
